Interviewer's
Questions
Being
prepared during the interview process extends itself
to taking the time to work on replies to a few standard
questions that may come up. You may find that this preparation,
not unlike the preparation for Team Meetings will pay
off.
-Can
you tell me about one of your previous supervisors that
you found easiest to work with and which was most difficult
(and why)?
-What
did you like best and least about your previous job?
-Describe
a work-related problem you had to face recently. What
did you do to deal with it?
-Give
me an example of a time you did more than what was required
in your job.
-What
was the best decision you ever made? What were the alternatives?
How did you go about making it?
-Tell
me three personal strengths
. Three weaknesses.
-Where
do you see yourself in 5 years?
There
are no right or wrong answers to these questions, but
there is a way to answer them in order to highlight
your suitability for a new role. Know that you have
the ability, the knowledge and the personality to succeed,
so taking a few minutes (before the interview) to think
about the answers to these questions will allow you
to spend more time talking about the role and the company
with the people responsible for hiring you.
