Manager, Labeling
Opportunity Profile:
This position manages and oversees the preparation, submission, and maintenance
of all labeling/labeling-related projects pertaining to the company's generic
and branded-generic drug products.
Qualifications:
The successful candidates will possess a B.S. or B.A. degree in science or health-related
field and 10-14 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or related
experience and 8-10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs environment. A
M.S. or Pharm.D. degree with 10-12 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical
industry or related field and 6-8 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs.
The position directly supervises employees, including administrative, regulatory
associate or management staff. This position operates autonomously and consults
with upper management as needed. Additionally, this individual will carry out
supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies
and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and
training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance;
rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
