Opportunity Profile:
Reporting directly to the Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, the selected candidate
primary responsibility includes the review, approval and appropriate submission
of company's advertising and promotional material, sales training programs and
other marketing communications. Serves as the primary liaison with the FDAs
Division of Drug Marketing, Advertising and Communications.
Qualifications:
The Qualified candidates must have a four year college degree in the physical
or life sciences with 10-14 years pharmaceutical industry experience with 8-10
years experience in Regulatory Affairs, OR a Masters of Science or PharmD degree
with 10-12 years pharmaceutical industry experience with 6-8 years experience
in Regulatory Affairs, OR a PhD, MD, or JD degree with 6 years pharmaceutical
industry experience with 2 years experience in Regulatory Affairs with an emphasis
on the review and approval of promotional materials. Must posses a working knowledge
of Food and Drug regulations, guidances, policies and procedures pertaining
to pharmaceutical sales and marketing. Candidate must be detail oriented and
able to work independently. Must posses exemplary communication and negotiation
skills and strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal, planning and organizational
skills. Computer literate in a Windows-based environment.
