The Regulatory Analyst will work onsite with cross-functional teams. This position will create regulatory assessment reports for products (ingredients and packaging); review and analyze formulas for regulatory compliance for various international markets; assess claim grids and artwork for regulatory compliance; facilitate registration; and evaluate and research (current/proposed) international regulations for corporate impact on existing products or products in development. This role will support personal care and home care product lines.

In addition, contacts within the Corporate Business Groups will include International Affiliates on a routine basis. Outside contacts may occasionally include internal customers and trade/certification organizations. Domestic/international travel may be required.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelors degree in a Scientific discipline, 3-5 years of related experience in a technical regulatory role and a proven track record of increased responsibility. Problem solving and analytical skills are required along with strong oral and written communication skills. The desired candidate would exhibit strong customer service skills and team approaches.
